new Promethean technology

Two teachers at Madison Elementary School demonstrated how the latest technology has left the old black chalkboards once used in the classrooms even further in the dust.

The Promethean boards resemble by size and shape small portable movie screens, except the boards are rigid and mounted onto classroom walls. In addition, the boards are connected to computers, so instead of just displaying pictures and words, the users can interact with the devices and move the items on the screen.
